because i am nice, i thought i'd give us all a bit of gym inspiration this morning. i managed to gain a little blubber of recent times (who knew eating so much would do such horrible things) and i feel like i must share my misery with you all whilst i try to lose it. i'm not sure if it is kate's face that hurts me the most, or her body, or her otherworldly tan that she is sporting all over the beautiful face and body. bah humbug. spinning class it is.
