apologies for the lack of posting, i have been wiring twigs and my fingers are numb. anyway, i'm a little fatty and came across anya konstantinova and she made me realise that being a little fatty is not fun when you can look (slightly) like her. and i learnt this week that apparently (this is pretty shocking, i lie, it's not) diet e.g food is 80% of how you look and exercise is like 10%. i'm not sure what the other 10% is but i'm clearly lacking on all fronts. i've also been told i eat too many carbs, who knew? i thought porridge all day was a great diet. anyway, i thought i'd share this wonderful information with you all. i'll get back to my twigs now.
